last news from Berkeley...

All right,
So I said that I would write in English as soon as I am back in France, but why not starting now??? (please correct! ;-)

About this last week, nothing special to say except that it has been raining all the time, and that it does not help when you are already sad for leaving your friends...
Ling says that I have neen very lucky because usually the weather in California is like that during the all winter, and personally I have seen raining only two or three days since I arrived in Berkeley. Seems that it is because of me know! At least, it will be one regret less when I take the plane (although I heard that it is worse in France...)

My last days have been full of intense moments: lunch and dinner out everyday, parties and goodbyes.

Known to be the best French restaurant in Berkeley, i must say that the food is good but we would pay half price in France for the same quality... And I don't know if I lost the habit of eating French, but it is much richer that Californian cuisine! (or is Chez Panisse (http://www.chezpanisse.com/), the restaurant where I ate twice with my colleagues, really upper class???)
